These terms govern your use of Scrollmaxxing (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service.

Your account

You’re responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction. You may delete your account at any time from your profile.

AI-generated content

Learning cards are generated by AI and may contain inaccuracies. Scrollmaxxing is an educational aid, not a source of professional, legal, medical, or financial advice. Verify anything important before relying on it.

Acceptable use

• Don’t use the Service to generate unlawful, harmful, or abusive content.
• Don’t attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or overload the Service.
• Don’t resell or redistribute generated content as your own product.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Subscriptions & billing

Pro subscriptions are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your profile; access continues until the end of the paid period. Prices are shown before checkout. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

Changes & liability

We may update the Service and these terms over time; continued use means you accept the changes. The Service is provided “as is,” without warranties, and our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
