This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. We aim to collect as little as we need to run Scrollmaxxing.

What we collect

• Account data — your name, email, and (if you sign in with Apple) your Apple identifier.
• Usage data — the topics you generate, your decks, and basic activity logs used to operate and secure the Service.
• Billing data — handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

Third-party services

We rely on a few trusted providers to deliver the Service:

• Stripe — payment processing and subscription management.
• AI model providers — your topic text is sent to generate cards.
• Pexels & Unsplash — stock imagery matched to card keywords.

How we use your data

To generate decks, operate your account, process payments, prevent abuse, and improve the Service. We don’t sell your personal data.

Data retention & deletion

You can delete your account anytime from your profile. When you do, your access is revoked immediately and your profile is removed. We may retain limited identifying information for a period afterward to investigate abuse and meet legal obligations. Generated decks may remain available in an anonymized topic cache so others can reuse popular topics.
